Bullying

the Macquarie Essential Dictionary defines a bully as: a blustering, quarrelsome, overbearing person who browbeats smaller or weaker people.

Wikipedia says: A Bully is someone who uses verbal or physical force, and/or threat to  to intimidate or aggressively impose domination over others. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is the perception, by the bully or by others, of an imbalance of social or physical power.

And this is one pivotal point: if there is a perception that you are weaker than someone; physically, mentally, socially or hierarchically you are at risk of becoming a victim. It does not matter if you are a child, a teenager or an adult it can still happen to you.

It happened to Chloe and others before and continues to happen. It happened to me.
